So eine Wohnung habe ich noch nie von Booking bekommen wie dort in der der Augasse 60 in Graz.fatale Betten,Bettzeug und Ungeziefer.,Waschbecken fast runtergebrochen Dusche auseinander gegangen so was habe ich noch nie gesehen meine Freunde sind nächsten Tag sofort abgereist ich fordere Sie auf Kostenersatz zu leisten.Erwarte Ihre Rückmeldung habe Fotos vom Zustand dieser Wohnung gemacht.Würde sich jeder Konsumentschutz darüber freuen.War in vielen Einrichtungen aber so was habe ich noch nie erlebt.Meine Gäste waren so zornig ich konnte ihren Zorn verstehen.Auf eine baldige Antwort ihrerseits verbleibe Schick Ewald meine e-Mail vulpoa@gmail.com wenn Sie wünschen kann ich Ihnen die Fotos zusenden

On a more positive note, the location itself wasn’t bad—about a 45-minute walk to the city center.

I was assigned a completely different apartment than the one I originally booked. While it was supposedly an upgrade, several promised amenities—such as a microwave and kettle—were missing. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the apartment was unacceptable. The cleanliness was appalling: the bed linen had holes, scratches, and visible hair; kitchen cabinets were sticky with grime; and all the utensils were greasy. There was no detergent provided, and the floor clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time—after just five minutes barefoot, my feet were black. The WiFi connection was weak, the TV didn’t work, and the furniture was noticeably worn and tired. Additionally, the requirement to pay the local tax via wire transfer before arrival was inconvenient and impractical, especially when traveling.

We called the contact number to pick up the keys. The owner said she would come in 20 minutes. She was not there at that time, so we are calling again. He says they have the keys to the cleaner. 2 cleaners were found and neither of them knew anything. We left the accommodation because of a scam.

this was the worst experience ever! I am not very picky and i do know, it is cheap so i didnt had a lot of ecpectation but THIS was too much. 1 hour before my arrival, the original booked room was not available so the host change my accomondation to another apartment, which was a Smoker room eventho it was noted that it is non smoking room (really bad) and super dirty (bath, kitchen, kitchen facilites, bin was full with cigarets, no hairdryer... ) really bad. PLEASE dont book this accommodation.
