Though it's old building but it's very comfortable it's code system the apartment it's huge,clean and well equip with everything you needs and lastly it very budget friendly despite the location at the center.. highly recommended best regards Marlon

The bed was extremely comfortable with good quality pillows. The kitchen was perfect for our needs. The shower pressure was good and overall a lovely location for a trip to Graz.

The Wi-Fi was a bit hit and miss depending on where in the apartment you went due to the thick walls

Very dirty! The bedding was not changed from the previous guests because there were hairs all over the bedding!!!

The location is in a quiet neighborhood, a 15 minute walk from the center. There are parking lots available in front of the building. The host was very talkative and friendly.

The facility needs renovation. The heating in the bathroom was not working and it was very cold. The kitchen could provide basics such as tea or coffee capsules. It’s convenient to have it available when you stay only few days. The WiFi was terrible, very weak signal. Netflix was working very hardly on the TV. All together, the facility needs an overhaul.

The staff is very friendly and nice. Communication was easy, fast and reliable. Check-in and out was also very convenient via codes and key boxes.

The bed was broken. They changed our room afterwards. Besides that everything went smoothly.

Location of apartment is perfect, close to parking garage (which costs 8 euro per day), and close to center.
