Not comfortable, very old, dirty Windows, wlan and TV wasn't functioni would not sta again

The location

The clean was extremely bad, the odours awful. When we arrive there was still the laundry from the last host.

Only the central location.

Wifi did not work, lights did not work, bed was low, equipment old and shabby. Landlord was not reachable, did not fix anything. If the Doener shop people had not shown me the way, I would have not found the entrance to the appartment.

The only good thing is the location ..

It was an old building, the floor was SUPER loud there’s no way you wouldn’t wake up the other person at night if you wanted to go to the bathroom, the apartment was cold and you couldn’t control the thermostat we were cold at night, the internet wasn’t working and we couldn’t work remotely with was a very big deal for was that lead us to check out earlier since it wasn’t fixable and the owner was ignoring me when I was asking for updates on the internet.. honestly the only good thing about it is the location since it’s literally next to the platz .

Location and comfortable beds. The flat was warm but the heating timer was not showing the correct time.

We couldn't get hold of the host to sort out the luck of wi-fi. We left one message and sent several texts. We asked for a small refund for each day we had no wi-fi,

The best thing is that there is no key which makes everything more comfortable and stress free! The location is awesome!

The host can't do anything about this but I dfid not like the loud floors. Due to it being a very old building, the floors crunch at every step which makes it sort of stressful to walk around. Being a early morgning person, I had to mind every step in order to not wake up neighbors. Also, the appartments used to be connected I guess. They are separated by doors from which the handles were removed. This makes the appartment even more poorly soundproofed. Also, make sure the cooking pots and pans are clean before the next guest arrives. Greasy pans are disgusting. :)

It is in a perfect location in Graz with a tram interchange right outside. They are even free within the Altstadt zone. Good facilities in the apartment, good communication, our early arrival was allowed, loved having a bath in the apartment, plenty of hot water and heating if the evening was cold, surprisingly quiet at night except when the bin men came at very early hours.

I know it is the Austrian way but we would rather have double sized bed covers on a double bed rather than 2 singles. The floor was very creaky but it was a shop downstairs so it wouldn't have bothered anybody. The TV remote was broken so it couldn't be used with USB drive or HDMI connection only with the set top box - it was very small too
