Relatively reasonably priced for a big apartment. Close to the kitchen center, cozy shared garden, in a quiet neighborhood of Graz.

Mostly clean, unfortunately not the fridge which was dirty, smelly and with condensed water on all sides, showing that it has not been cleaned for a longer time. Constipated basin and malfunctioning inductive kitchen stove.

The host was very welcoming. Rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. Bus station is a 5min walk and Bus 34 is a 20min ride to city centre.

Could have been cleaner, perhaps a bit too expensive.

Hmm I liked that it was in a residential area. I liked that the TV was already tuned to channels.

Not to rag on the host, but I feel like the place was misrepresented. I thought I was booking for the newly renovated house - i.e the first picture you see when looking at the property, instead I got a self-contained at the property at the back. Which wouldn't have been a problem but the place was really quite outdated/ something no amount of cleaning will remove. I massively appreciate a really clean bathroom, but this wasn't it. The toilet bowl was brown further in, the shower stall doors hit the toilet and the washing machine when you try to open to enter the shower. One shower stall door is slightly broken and trying to close both is a bit of a challenge. The shower has black stuff in-between crevices. There's something unpleasant about flushing the toilet... Whenever it's flushed. I didn't cook there because the tap sprout was rusted/green. The host clearly cleaned the kitchen but seeing the tap sprout that color put me off.

New and clean. Host was very friendly, even made us a cup of coffee each to welcome us. Would definitely recommend this place.

Was a bit far from the city centre, but was OK for us since we drove. Amenities like shampoo was not available tho not an issue either

The host does not speak english very well and is hard to understand each other.

The toilet has no sink. You need to go out and enter the bathroom to clean your hands. Location is far from the city

We stayed one night, everything was alright: equipment, clean apart, parking, friendly host.
