Occasional smell of cigarettes in the bathroom and no desk space

Travelled up for hull fair, ideal location for this as it was literally a 5 minute walk. It was bliss cosying into the comfiest bed I think I’ve ever slept in after a long day!

Location was ideal for us however the fair was very noisy so if that isn’t the purpose of your stay I would avoid the dates of hull fair. That being said when it closes at 11pm the noise did instantly stop.

It was clean, bright, well-spaced and fully equipped space. studio apartment was well stocked and all the equipments worked. A very contact-less check in and check out process with the host being very responsive and helpful as needed.

just a slight residual smoke smell from prior renters. Space is well aired with indoor air fresheners which really help and makes it unnoticeable in minutes.

very clean, comfortable and cozy. Good TV and Wi-Fi

nothing really other than right by the railway. Not too noisy
