Ottima posizione. Struttura pulita. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Disponibilità Netfix. Parcheggio a pagamento nelle immediate vicinanze.

Alcune apparecchiature non erano correttamente manutentate: luce specchio bagno piccolo non funzionante; luce sottopensile non funzionante; cavo antenna con collegamento ballerino; pulsante tapparella finestra soggiorno fuori uso. Manopole regolazione radiatori da verificare. Nella presentazione si prospettano due bagni: in relatà solo il grande è fornito di doccia; l'altro (il piccolo) è solo un wc. Sempre nella presentazione si parla di un parcheggio condominiale che non si capisce dove sia ubicato e quali siano le condizioni, anche economiche, per poterlo utilizzare; noi abbiamo parcheggiato la vettura all'Autosilo Valduce.

Its location to the city center shopping, food & marina

We did not have a view of Lake Como which was the reason we stayed here @ this apartment for the $. There was no reference in the apartment to how anything worked, there was no hot water for a hot showers, so we took cold showers or non at all for 3+ days. Heat registers & heating in apartment non functioning but supposedly was working, however, there was no instruction on how to use heat remote controls. As part of the booking, we were to receive wine/champagne upon our arrival which was a nice welcome gesture to Como, which added charm to our choice of stay. Unfortunately, That didn’t happen until the night before we left after we complained & brought it to their attention multiple times over multiple days that we didn’t receive that token of appreciation. We stayed 4 nights/5 days here, we were cold, we lacked toilet paper & other amenities which added to our disappointment to our stay. This apartment rental experience would have been a worthy stay if the Management Company were better w/ their communication & presentation of all things in the apartment which didn’t happen. They were surprised we don’t call them sooner w/ all of our issues. If they would have been more involved w/ their rental, they would have known that things in the apartment weren’t prepared for their paying guests. I unfortunately wouldn’t stay here again as a result of the upset, frustration & disappointment experienced.

Excellent location, easy to find,lovely and warm heating in rainy November! Lovely decor.

Alles war perfekt! Sauber, komfortabel, viele Handtücher. Fantastische Aussicht aus dem Fenster! Parken ist sehr praktisch im Nachbargebäude, und der Vermieter ist sehr nett.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή όπως και η θέα.

Η σχέση ποιότητας τιμής. Πολλά χρήματα για τις παροχές που λάβαμε. Επίσης όταν το κλείσαμε είχαμε υποτίθεται και σαμπάνια και αντί αυτού ούτε ένα μπουκαλάκι νερό. Επίσης έτρεχε νερό στο μπάνιο ούτε καταλάβαμε από που ήταν... Φυσικά και δεν θα ξαναμέναμε εκεί.
