Great location. Close to the lake.

We were truly impressed by the elegant and impeccably clean apartment, perfectly situated on the edge of the touristic area. It offered the ideal blend of comfort and convenience, making our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

It’s hard to provide a detailed review since we only stayed for one night, but we had no issues during our brief stay.

Clean and light, with everything you might need

It was a great location. The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable. Well air-conditioned and spacious. We were a family of 5 and it was very comfortable.

The power kept tripping. You couldn't use the oven and stove top at the same time, no big deal once we worked that out. The wifi was unreliable and kept dropping out, the main modem was in the apartment next door and someone must have unplugged it, so we had no internet for 1.5 days.

Location is fantastic for exploring Como & so close to the lakeside. Well furnished & loved the decor.

No coffee machine

The apartment was good and well maintained. The air-conditioning worked perfectly which was good, since it was summer and very warm outside. The apartment was very centrally located. The balcony was perfect and had a good view over the city and the mountains in the background. Bathrooms were fine. Instructions for accessing the apartment were clear and very helpful. Everything in the kitchen (oven, microwave, boiling kettle etc.) worked perfectly. Shopping possibilities were close by, also restaurants and city square were close by. Great place to stay.

Parking is NOT available, even though the description says that parking is available and can be booked at 25 EUR/day. A couple of days before, we were informed we could park at a public parking facility 700 meters away. The cost turned out to be around 35 euro per 24 hours. The description of the apartment parking facility should definitely be changed! The Wi-Fi was not really working. The network we connected to was without Internet access. Then we contacted the host and was given a password for another network which worked relatively on the first day. The remaining 4 days it was not working. At best, we had an extremely unstable 0,5 mb connection. A couple of days prior to arrival, we were asked via a message on booking.com to provide copies of our passports by email to a gmail adress. There was no proper data security. We were informed that they are using online check-in, but sending such personal information via unsecured email is unacceptable. So I redacted the last digits of our passport numbers, but was then contacted via WhatsApp by the host and asked to provide the missing details. The tourist taxes should be paid by leaving the money in cash at the apartment and send a picture of the money so the host could find it. It was not possible to pay by credit card. Furthermore I did not get a receipt for the money (48 EUR, 5 nights) even though I asked for it. There was no air-conditioning in the second bedroom, but as long as we could keep the temperature at a good level in the rest of the apartment, it was acceptable.

NO WIFI, NO HOT WATER, AN AWFUL SOUND EVERYTIME I TURNED ON THE LIGHT. the host was no help, got no recompense for my bad experience.
