Ipoh Majestic Premium Suites by Verve

This was my second stay with verve. My family stayed here comfortably. Its near to Gerbang Malam market which in walk distance only. Small reminder : Families with small children need to be xtra careful as the property has no grill at the coridors.

Everything is okay. The facilities complete with wifi, airconditioner. Bathroom was so clean. Owner also provide shampoo & soap. I like this property and will repeat again to stay here for next time ! 🫶🏻

I love the minimalistic decoration of the house. Most important the house was really clean and comfortable for my families. The equipment provided in the house is good.The facilities likes pool, parking and lift was also very good. The host/guest assistant was friendly. The self checkin guide easy to follow the instruction given by host. The location of this place was very strategic at the city centre. I can visit local restaurant and night market nearby easily. Easy acsess to many vacay spot in ipoh town. Overall i enjoyed my staying here and my families happy too. Tq😁👍

I did not like the late refund of my security deposit. I taught i might being scammed. So after this please refund the deposit money asap after guest has check out. Tq

The staff is okay, with fast response but not very efficient.

Unfortunately, our experience started poorly. When we arrived, we spent nearly an hour trying to open the mailbox to get the house key. After contacting the staff, we were told that the passcode had been changed, but the update was not shared in the staff group. After being stuck in traffic for five hours from KL, this was not the ideal way to begin our holiday. Additionally, the room was not clean, and I felt uncomfortable sleeping on the bed. The bathroom lacked both a bidet and a pail, which made it inconvenient to wash, especially with small children. While a mattress was provided, there were no pillows or blankets included. One of the units we stayed in did not have a TV remote. Although there were AC and fan remotes, they didn’t work, and we had to share them with other rooms. The fan with a remote worked but spun slowly, and we couldn’t change the speed settings. The cleanliness of the toilet was disappointing, a 3/10 at best. The sofa beds were dirty, with food debris and stains on the sofas. Furthermore, one of the rooms was listed as having two double beds in the description, but it only had two single beds, which didn’t match what was advertised. Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations, and we wouldn’t choose this place again for future visits to Ipoh.
