bathroom should be throughly clean and scrub; limited plug points

Room is clean and comfort. Kids enjoy the pool so much.

I liked that they had 4 rooms with at least a queen bed in each room.

1 - The house was not cleaned thoroughly. You can tell that the "cleaner" was inexperienced as there was a sticky residue on the floors. My family had to mop the floor 2 rounds to get rid of the stickiness. There were ants crawling all around the dustbin as it was not emptied out prior to our check-in. 2 - There was no WiFi in this unit although advertised as such. The host contacted me for a rebate but did not follow through. 3 - Lastly the hosts were quite inexperienced if not unprofessional. We felt that the hosts were just trying to have as little interaction as possible with us even when we had issues. The feeling is that the hosts wanted to avoid any additional costs to maintain their margins.

Pretty quite area generally except that it's near to the airstrip. Can hear planes fly by. Good of property agent to check and rectify the faulty living hall air con before check in. Check out was extended to facilitate late check in at agents request due the air con check/repair.

Internet was totally not functioning. Unable to stream on the TV and have any WiFi. Bathroom needs some real clean up. No door hooks to hang clothes in room and bathroom. Presence of ants at kitchen area. Shampoo and bath gel not provided during check in. Lack of power sockets

floor not clean, table still have leftover rubbish, toilet also not clean and the toilet curtains are moldy. Wifi unable to use and I tried contact them but no one response.

Oily floor until i need to mop the floor 3 times to walk on it. There are ants on the beds. Connection of wifi but the wifi not available to use. The swimming pool and water park was in maintenance, cannot enjoy the facilities.

The location - very near to Lotus's and AEON mall. Just a walking distance to Family Mart, CU Mart and the bakery My Ultimate Bakes. My kids enjoyed the pool and mini waterpark very much. The condo is very spacious and comfortable.

The wifi router was damaged so there was no Internet connection during our stay which is very disappointing because i need to use the wifi for my work during the stay. The iron was also broken and not safe to be used. There is an induction cooker in the unit but not a single pan/pot to be used with it. **Luckily the owner sent us a new iron and a pot on the second day when requested. The security guards were very strict and observant, it felt like you were being watched all the time.
