This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, the property is set in a traffic-restricted area. It was an excellent stay. I wish we could stay for at least 2 weeks . Raffaele was a very accommodating host . Really hoping to come back again soon for a longer stay and enjoy this beautiful little apartment ideally located in the centre of Como.

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed having cooking facilities to break up the eating out. It was lovely and quiet and the apartment was in a great location. We would most definitely stay again!
