The views are absolutely gorgeous! We just wanted a trip away into nature for the night and it was perfect. :)

A bit of a drive to find a place to eat - recommend you bring supplies. Shower was tricky and could use instructions.

Quiet, comfortable, clean

The views were lovely.

Unfortunately the property had not been cleaned since the previous guests’ stay. We arrived around 10pm, having been told check in was from 3pm. The hosts did respond quickly once we alerted them to this and worked to clean it for us. Unfortunately there was nowhere to wait so we had to stand outside in the cold for about half an hour. There were also mice in the walls of the bedroom which kept us awake at night with their squeaking and scratching noises.

A great countryside location.

It was clean and everything supplied as you would expect. Bed very comfortable.

The steps up to the front door. Though that's our fault as it was shown in the brochure.

The interior was a good size, well appointed and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, there was a cooktop, microwave and fridge, along with a comfortable couch and good sized TV. View from the large lounge room window was brilliant.

We didn't mind the dirt track to get there but, but the external staircase was 'interesting' and the Holland blinds were only shades - didn't block fully to give you privacy at night - especially in the bedroom, which had the added problem that the blind/shade wouldn't stay down anyway! This problem was compounded on our 3rd night when I assume someone was in the downstairs area where they wash sheets/towels etc., at around 12:30am, with all the lights on and reflecting in the shed on the other side of the track, lighting up the bedroom like a Christmas tree!
