Apartman Talija

Wir haben uns in dieser Ferienwohnung vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt. Damir und seine Frau sind die Gastfreundschaft in Person – wir reisen viel, aber eine so herzliche, aufrichtige Gastfreundschaft haben wir bisher noch nie erlebt. Die Wohnung selbst ist perfekt ausgestattet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Alles ist neu, modern, äußerst gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig gelegen und dennoch nur etwa 200 Meter vom Meer entfernt. Kostenfreie Parkplätze sind reichlich vorhanden. Besonders schön ist auch der Außenbereich direkt vor der Wohnung mit neuen, gemütlichen Lounge-Möbeln, Sonnenliegen sowie einem Tisch mit Stühlen – perfekt, um draußen zu essen oder einfach zu entspannen. Eine große Bereicherung war es, Damir persönlich kennenzulernen. Er hat uns viele spannende Hintergrund- und Geschichtsinformationen über Kroatien, Ugljan und die Region erzählt – sehr interessant und bereichernd. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mehr als genossen und sind uns sicher: Wenn wir wieder nach Ugljan kommen, werden wir definitiv zuerst bei Damir und seiner Frau nach einer Unterkunft fragen. Absolute Empfehlung!

We really enjoyed our time at these apartments. Everything was spotlessly clean, and there's a nice outdoor area around the property which was a real plus. The place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay - all the little things that make a difference. The hosts were absolutely wonderful! They welcomed us with homemade wine and various treats, which was such a thoughtful touch. Damir met us on arrival and even gave us a ride to the port when we left. Their hospitality really made our stay special. Would definitely recommend!

Ugljan je predivan otok a domaćini Nera i Damir su jako gostoljubljivi i pristupačni. Za vrijeme našeg boravka imali smo malu nezgodu na plaži. Riječima je teško opisati koliko su učinili za nas. Tih i čist apartman sa dobro opremljenom kuhinjom i udobnim krevetom. Želimo se opet vratiti...

Beautiful Apartment and very friendly host.

Damir and Nera were the most wonderful hosts we've ever experienced. They were the most welcoming and helpful hosts ever and made our stay really special. The apartment was presented to the highest standard and equipped with everything you could possibly need and more and the outside area impeccable. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Absolutely nothing.

A/C not in the bedroom, but in the kitchen. All things were new or in very good condition. Very clean. Very nice terrace. Quiet place. Roomy shower.

The flat was perfect: newly renovated, fully equipped and super clean. There was everything we needed for cooking (and we cooked a lot). Hosts were wonderfully welcoming, they were at hand for any needs and for pleasant chats at the end of the day. Neighbourhood is quiet and parking slots very close. Thanks to Damir and Nera we started our vacation in the best possible way. Definitely recommended!
