Completely self-contained unit, with all the facilities we could possibly need. Great size, very clean and not overlooked by anyone.

Would have preferred a slightly earlier check in time, but understand the compromise here would likely be an earlier check out as well.

Nice clean room near the Crown pub.

Absolutely disgusted with the hosts attitude! Me and my friend booked this stay and met up with my cousin, brought my cousin back to the place to spend day with us as lost her son to covid and just had a hip replacement to then have our privacy completely intruded on by the host who just walked round the back whilst we was in the hot tub and told ‘this place isn’t for us’! Because there was 3 of us and the booking was for two! We offered money to the host so my cousin could spend the day with us but straight out refused! Like I explained above the 3rd person wasn’t staying we were just catching up after her traumatic events to then be told to leave?! Firstly I would like to know what was meant by ‘this place isn’t for us?’ Like what is he implying???! Also demand a full refund as it left us stranded in Deal with no where to stay! Our day of relaxing turnt into a day of driving round trying to find somewhere to stay?? Resulting in more cost to pay for a hotel room in Dover! I’m absolutely appalled by this and how badly we were treated! The man was rude! And if I’m honest should be ashamed of his rude entitled way!

A place to relax and enjoy without interference from normal 9 - 5. The small touches, like coffee, tea, milk, wood for the firepit went along way to make the experience special, not to mention the views and hot tub.

Nothing not to like, we loved everything about it
