Description online was a little misleading, I don't believe I would have paid this amount had I been informed of location and details about the property. When we arrived the unit was full of cleaning supplies and tools. Windows were removed for washing ect. Staff claimed we arrived a day early, but that was not the case as my confirmation from booking.com was all accurate. He did apologize and when we returned The door code had changed and we were unable to get to our things inside, luckily, even though it was around 11:00 p.m. the host was outside the unit and able to give us the new code, my cell phone did not work at the location, but service is available about three blocks away 🤷🏻 the unit was clear and we were able to stay that night. Other than a couple spiders this stay was not terrible.

We enjoyed the spacious apartment and the bed was very comfortable.

In the middle of summer air-conditioning would have helped. We also missed a frying pan.

It was clean.

N/A Location was great for the propose of our trip no more than 10 minutes to sho ware arena and all we needed ,quiet location, good parking .

We had 3 adults , no one In our group does well sleeping on air mattress ,a hide a bed at this location for the third person would have worked nicer and been more comfortable for our situation .

Location was in an unsavory area of Kent.

The unit was had 14 stairs and I requested no stairs.
