"Gute Lage in Kiel, Wohnung sehr zentral"

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön ausgestattet und hat 2 große Schlafzimmer. Lage ist gut, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar und 2 Supermärkte sind direkt um die Ecke. Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine. Parkplatzsituation ok, manchmal braucht man etwas Glück.

Es müssten mal ein paar kleinere Instandhaltungen in Bad und Küche durchgeführt werden aber der Vermieter will das direkt umsetzen. Das zweite Schlafzimmer war leider zur Straße, damit war es nachts recht laut.

Zentrale Lage, gute Einrichtung, sehr sauber und ordentlich.

Mit der Deko hat man es vielleicht etwas übertrieben. Aber das ist ja letztlich Geschmackssache.

The place was super clean. The flat has all the amenities that one could need (kitchen utensils, ironing board etc). Communication with the host was flawless - he even allowed me to leave my suitcase in the flat a bit longer and was very understanding when I accidentally broke a glass right before leaving. Thanks for the nice stay!

No complaints - this is a great flat.

Very stylish appartment, fully equipped kitchen, bath with a bathtub. The TV was large enough we could comfortably watch the EM Championship from there. The host was very friendly and we found a bottle of Weinschorle as a welcome gift. 100% recommend!

This apartment is just beautiful. Totally home from home. It’s location is close to walk into town, harbour, shops and restaurants. The host was lovely and very helpful … early check in, a bottle of wine and a personal note for a welcome …

This is not really a negative but a helpful note for new guests … the light switch for the bathroom is on the inside behind the door.
