- Aufzug - gute ÖPNV Anbindung - sehr guter, kommunikativer Vermieter - der beste Wasserdruck meines Lebens für immer und ewig!! - Wohnung im Gegensatz zum Wohnblock im akzeptablen Zustand - trotz der kleinen Küche generell gute Ausstattung - gute Badausstattung - Wohnung entsprach den Bildern und war sauber

- Lage in einem sehr großen ehr heruntergekommenen Wohnblock, mit Nachbarn (augenscheinlich hauptsächlich Studenten), die auch 00:00 Uhr Möbel verräumen und Staubsaugen oder 01:30 Uhr eine Karaoke Party starten, wer also so etwas nicht gewohnt ist und in einer derartigen Behausung lebt, sollte sich darauf einstellen. - innenliegendes Bad ohne Abzug - kein Insektenschutz obwohl Lüften aufgrund des Badezimmers oft notwendig - Möbel teilweise schon ordentlich abgewohnt, Bett nicht gut und äußerst hart - WLAN ehr schlecht

Schöne saubere Wohnung. Ganz in der Nähe ist ein guter Bäcker. Natürlich kann man auch zuhause Frühstücken. Werde auf jeden Fall nocheinmal dort Buchen.

Die Wohnung (1Zimmer, Küche, Bad) befindet sich im 4. Stock eines Hauses direkt am Blücherplatz - die Lage ist also ideal. Das Bett fand ich bequem. Der Herr, der mir den Schlüssel gegeben hat, war sehr nett

Es roch nach kaltem Rauch, das war nicht so super. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen
