The hotel was excellent for families, very clean, comfortable, and well organized. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. Everything about the stay was amazing and exceeded our expectations.

Honestly, nothing. Everything was great and we enjoyed our stay very much.

The apartment overall condition was good.

I use to stay in marriott hotels in any country I visited like , USA, South Korea, doha, kuwait and many other countries. But after this visit I will not !!! The front Desk staff were Irresponsible and they ignore any request from you. If you call them they don't reply. If you ask them for something they don't care !!! I will give just an example, our booking is for an apartment. for 3 nights we ask for extra bed for 5 year boy! I talk to them everyday more than 5 times for three days but no one care about the request ! The boy sleep at the ground ! I would understand and accept if it is busy time and the extra beds used by others if I saw someone from the staff cares and try to do their best ! But they are not !! Simply they are careless.

المكان و الغرف و المرافق اكثر من الرائع و السعر جدًا مناسب للعوائل كل شيء متوفر وخدمتهم سريعة ،، و بإذن لنا زيارة ثانية لهذا المكان في الزيارة الثانية 🫡
