Hi, we would like to share our feedback regarding our current stay. Unfortunately, the apartment did not meet our expectations: • The microwave is dirty, making it unhygienic to use. We found traces of left over spilled maggie soup when we tried to wipe the inner part of the microwave and even there are traces of insects. . The kitchen tap water flow is very low and slow makes very difficult to wash anything even hands. . The hand towels provided in the kitchen is very dirty and smelly as if it wasnt changed. It is very unhygienic. • The toilet is not clean, which is very uncomfortable for our families. There is spider webs at the windows and the bathtub edges are mouldy. • The air conditioning is not cooling properly, and the overall environment is not comfortable. • The house and rooms actually has a bad odour which is not pleasant. Due to these issues, we and our families have decided to check out now today, than planned. The condition of the apartment does not reflect what was advertised, and it has affected our experience significantly. We are therefore requesting a partial or full refund for the stay, as the apartment was not in acceptable condition. We hope for your understanding and look forward to your response.

Overall is very good..The host is very helpful and polite. The only thing is the water pressure is very slow.Will be good if install the water pump to make it better.

View - This unit has a very nice view from the master bedroom. Beds - This unit has plenty of beds to accommodate big group of people.

Bad Cleanliness - the bathrooms are currently in poor condition. The space is unclean, and there appears to be an issue with mold. Additionally, the bathtub has a slimy texture, and there is an unpleasant odor coming from the pipes. AC - the AC unit in the living hall is not functioning well. Parking - The parking barrier scanner/ scanning tag has issues and need to wait/re-try few times before the barrier opens.
