Modern unit with great facilities - the bathrooms, kitchen, BBQ & laundry. Upstairs living area and ground floor bedrooms works well. Garage for parking was a surprise. With cooler weather the RC Air Conditioning warmed the upstairs area well; the heater in the bedroom was appreciated for the cool evenings.

A little bare on furnishings such as privacy blinds; had some trouble closing draws - self closing mechanisms needs some adjustment.
