Зручне розташування - близько до залізничного вокзалу. Зручне дистанційне поселення. Адміністратор постійно на зв'язку, надає чіткі, зрозумілі інструкції. В апартаментах дуже чисто. Складається враження, що зупинився в дорогому готелі. Є все необхідне для зручного проживання. Ванна - білосніжні рушники, гель, шампунь, мило, фен. Кухня - весь необхідний посуд, холодильник, мікрохвильовка, плита, чайник. В коридорі є праска з дошкою.

Хороший ремонт, хороша локація, привітний персонал. Була можливість домовитись про місце в паркінгу (за окрему плату).

Студія явно не 35 квадратних метрів як вказано на сайті, ми нарахували приблизно 20. Посуд був помитий погано, не критично, але маю надію власник зверне на це увагу у майбутньому. Не було затички для води у ванній кімнаті.
