Зручне розташування, можливість поставити автомобіль поруч з помешканням. Затишна однокімнатна квартира, на фото близько до фактичного стану, для тимчасового проживання - гарний варіант. Наявність додаткового дивану, це великий плюс, якщо очікуєте гостей. В шаговій доступності декілька магазинів, в тому числі і продуктові (Сільпо, Петриківка). Ввічливий адміністратор/менеджер.

На кухні мало розеток, і Вам треба переставлять чайник, або мікрохвильовку в розетки щоб користуватися. Не вистачає звичайної точилки для ножів. Наявного бойлера точно недостатньо щоб скористатися ванною, для цього його прийдеться гріти двічі.
