Super location, low floor, bedroom faces inner courtyard which is key during the war. Nice bathroom with tub, washing machine. Kitchen is basic but has everything you need.

Main bedroom mattress needs an update. Living room sofa ok but also could be more comfy — fairly standard here to have tired / pieced together furniture. With better furniture the price would likely go up.
