Spacious apartment at great location

Apartment was advertised as 2Bedroom 2 bathroom but it only had one bathroom and a guest toilet plus second bedroom had no door. Mold on walls and apartment generally in bad shape. Complicated check-in process, unfriendly staff, digital copis of passports were shared with employees of third party service providers without consent.

Too many to list them. Pleas read some screen shots of out conversations in WhatsApp. but amongst them were lots of mishaps by staffs & Mgmt. We checked in after after midnight due to our flight delayed. The security guard kept in questioning us and didn’t want to open the door for more than 30 mins. finally came up to Apt and found the lock box to get the Apt key could not open. Stranded in the building with unopened Apt, without taken our dinners prior bec airport had no restaurant, and no one can open the Apt at 2 AM, is beyond words. We finally were transferred to another Apt around 3:45 AM, with its own surprises! After our full day excursion travel & flight, there was No soaps nor Shampoo to wash up in the Apt! They said they don’t provide soap & shampoo on this daily rental place! One of the pillows literally smelled like, pls excuse the word, can’t explain better than: smelled like a dried up urine! So disgusting!! All the bedding & covers had not been washed from prior used. The body & head odors were very strong from other people who slept there before, those bedding covers & pillows were unwashed. Apt looks “clean” but it’s actually so dirty, not appropriate for daily rental, especially they claimed it had just been cleaned. The the next morning they worked very quickly to open the lock box on and informed us so that we can move back to our original apt with Ocean view. That was great on that part. Stefano did all he could, but Mgmt didn’t do enough to keep the place up to regular standard (Clean beddings, bathroom necessities, kitchen necessities for those who needs it, dust free surfaces and clean floor). The floor is so dirty!! The view was very beautiful though, that’s the reason we want to rent the Apt, but sorry to say they don’t earn this credit. Their effort to provide proper cleanliness & essential failed big time.

the view from the living room was indeed nice but who cares when you can’t enjoy it since the tiny-tiny balcony is windy and cold and you can’t find remedy even inside from the outer cold as you can enter only into an ice cold living room without heating and don’t let misled you by the photos. the view from the ‘master bedroom’ is a kinda depressing, backwards, to a main road and a construction site. the other bedroom, on the other side, is not really a bedroom but a ‘black hole’ on the corridor with a very small, tiny window with view to nowhere.

it was always ice-cold in the flat and we had very limited access to hot water. First, they’d provided us only with one small heater for the entire flat to put into one bedroom. after fhe first night they sent us another heater for the other bedroom at our (taxi) expense. Do you believe it? It was ice cold in the flat with one heating for one bedroom, the other one left fully unheated... and then they agree to give one more heater for the other bedroom but demanding the taxi cost of the heater. But even with the second heater the corridor and the living room remained impossible cold, and the bathroom also. the only memory we have is the COLD, COLD, constant cold. I start here an unofficial voting: who has ever seen an apartment deemed suitable for human habitation with such a long hallway? what kind of hallway is this? The Empire of Oz? All in all, the worst score from us on booking.com , ever.
