Die Lage, schöne Terrasse im Grünen. Still, trotz Pflasterspektakel.

Ausstattung der Küche unnötig minimalistisch - Terrassentisch reicht für ein Glas Wein (falls vorhanden) - zu klein für ein schönes Frühstück - mit geringem Aufwand deutlich verbesserbar. Schlafplätze im Bett hintereinander, so dass man den Partner stört, wenn man mal muss.
