If you’re planning to check in right after a long 20-hour journey (even though I informed the host I’d arrive at 18:30), be prepared for possible inconvenience—the host forgot to leave the keys. As a result, I had to wait outside for 36 minutes, and when she finally arrived, the only thing she asked was, *“Are you waiting for me?”* The mattress was very uncomfortable—you could feel every spring, and the pillows didn’t provide any support, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Although we had agreed on a checkout time of 13:00, the cleaning lady arrived unexpectedly at 12:05, and we even received a call asking, *“Where are you?”* The host herself was rather unfriendly, which made communication unpleasant. On a positive note, the apartment has been recently renovated, it’s clean, bright, and conveniently located in the city center. There were some facial creams and cosmetics provided, but no laundry detergent. The kitchen has underfloor heating, which adds warmth, and the apartment stays fairly cozy in winter. However, due to the high ceilings, there’s a slight chill in the room. Overall, while the apartment has its advantages, if you’re looking for a truly restful stay, this might not be the best option in Lviv.
