Зручне розташування, паркінг біля ТЦ, в квартирі чисто, охайно, усе як на фото, добре відпочили

Чистота номера, сплата на карту власника в обхід сервісів букінг, вказано що дозволено з хатніми тваринами але власник цього не знає, меблі в поганому стані

Все дуже сподобалось, квартира високого рівня_чиста, комфортна і приємна… Ми ваші постійні клієнти)) Дякую за приємні вихідні☺️☺️

it was not clean, with spiderwebs, the toilet was dirty, and I had to buy something for the smell and bacteria in there, the bathroom is unfinished, tiles next to the bath are redone with a silicone kit to hold them in place. tiles behind the washing machine were taken off and standing on the floor. the vents in the bathroom are moldy, and the kit around the bathtub is black by mold. lights were not all working in the apartment, not all power outlets are working. The wallpaper is loose, in the top of the walls are holes for electric wires that are not sealed off by a cap. underneath the couch, I found clay and dirt. chairs in the kitchen are cheap and the fake leather is crumbled on the top. 1 of the couches is broken. other couches are dirty and look like they are never cleaned. there are 2 poofs and they are dirty on the top and a cigaret hole in 1/2. the kitchen is dirty with old overused pots and pans. there was food and drinks from the previous renter I guess. the floor was dirty throughout the apartment. the iron board needs to be replaced. the iron itself has to be cleaned. it smells like cigarettes in the apartment. there is 1 airconditioner in the living room and it has not been cleaned in years. windows are dirty. curtains have stains. the entrance door was replaced and they did not do a very clean job. the owner wanted me to pick up the key from another person who showed me into the apartment when I booked it and it was a whole messy situation, next to that I feel like I was scammed out of more money because of tax, which
