Местоположение.

Продолжительная пешеходная зона, на такси или машине прямо под дом не подьехать, если большие чемоданы, то придётся тащить в руках. Апартаменты находятся на 4-ом этаже без лифта, дом очень старый и деревяная лестница прям трещит под ногами, это страшно. На первом этаже расположен какой-то бар, поэтому даже поздно вечером здесь шумно.
