Чудова локація. Квартира у центрі міста, але у тихому дворику, вночі не чутно гаміру міста, високі стелі, багато світла, є можливість припаркувати автомобіль. У квартирі є все необхідне для комфортного побуту. Для перебування разом із сім'єю (двоє дорослих і двоє підлітків) чудовий варіант. Привітний уважний господар, завжди на зв'язку. За нагоди із задоволенням зупинятимемось тут знову.
