якщо ви не шукаєте естетики, а чисто переночувати хоч десь вам сюди. є всі зручності, хороша плита, микрохвильовка, посуд. не дуже близько до оперного, ~ 20-30 хвилин пішки. але взагалом, непогано.

не дуже чисто, на кроваті було волосся
