Було кофортно! Всі зручності для сім'ї. Зручні ліжка. Душ із чудовим напором води. Пральна машина. Перший поверх. Близько продуктові магазини, аптеки, магазин із побутовою хімією, кафе, зупинки громадського транспорту у всі можливі напрямки. Є прямі маршрути до ЗД вокзалу та автовокзалів. Близько до центру міста.
