Немає парковки, лише платна. Немає москитної сітки на вікнах.

Місце розташування.

У квартирі дуже брудно.Стіни подерті,заплямовані.,пилюки на палець,витяжка поросла брудом.Меблі вийшли з ладу,все потрібно міняти.А особливо вразило крісло,яке було зломане і сидіння вирізали з юсб.Стіл без кріплення,під час обіду розвалився і побив дружині телефон.Холодильник брудний.wifi на другу добу вже не працював.Склпдається таке враження, що тут не прибирали місяцями.Не рекомендую це помешкання,єдине що файне місце розташування.
