Apartamento fantástico com televisão e AC em todos os quartos. Mercado muito próximo para comprar mantimentos. Apartamento com tudo para se fazer refeições. Muito próximo da serra estrela se for na época da neve énfantástico.

A casa de banho tinha o desumidificador avariado. Faltava panos de cozinha. Geral cozinha bem equipada.
