L'appartement était insalubre : trous dans les murs et le sol , moisissures au plafond et sur les murs , équipements vétustes et certains équipements inexistants( salon de jardin, on le cherche encore), vaisselle sale et placard dégoûtants... on a du tout nettoyer avant de pouvoir utiliser les lieux. Le propriétaire a été informé, et nous a proposé de nous rembourser en quittant car de toute façon il sera loué dès le lendemain... Pour finir le robinet de la cuisine a dû être condamné car il fuyait et nous avons dû faire la vaisselle dans la salle de bain... Je ne parle pas non plus de la sécurité pour l'électricité Un véritable cauchemar....

Le prix. La climatisation dans le logement. Le propriétaire disponible et réactif aux messages.

L’entretien de l’appartement en général pourrait être un peu mieux géré. Le meuble du four qui ne tient pas. Manques quelques fournitures dans la cuisine (paire de ciseau, couteau à pain, …)

El alojamiento está en perfectas condiciones, es un sitio ideal para pasar unos días con tus amigos por el simple hecho de que esta aislada y no molestas a nadie. Además, el casero es muy servicial y encantador. La verdad que estuvimos muy agusto.

La única pega que le pondría es la ubicación, pero ni siquiera es realmente algo que me disgustó, porque tiene una parada a 3 min por la cual pasan buses a todas horas, y estar a 20 min de venecia te hace que sea mucho más económica la estancia allí.
