Kitchen drawers were dangerous, thought they were going to fall onto floor

Great location, 15 min walk into town. Lovely apartment just like photos. Staff very helpful and prompt when dealing with small issue.

The apartment was really perfect. Had an issue with hot water one morning but was sorted promptly.

The location was good

The general clean in the kitchen wss poor, gruby fingerprint marks all over kitchen units, fridge grubby and dirty cups glasses etc had to wash everything before using..lipstick marks on wine glasses...very poor

Location, layout of property and parking was great.

The showers were really poor. Not hot and really poor water pressure. Even though a plumber came to fix them they went back to being lukewarm with poor water pressure the next day. The shower in the second ensuite overflowed and bizarrely this happened when we stayed last year also. The plumber did resolve this issue as a piece of plastic was jammed in the drain - could this have been there since last year ? The design of the showers is bizarre and very awkward also - with wet hands it's practically impossible to press the tiny button in and turn turn the on/off control. Looks good but very difficult (and annoying !) to use. The main bedroom was also very warm due to the boiler being in the room - maybe a fan could be supplied ?

1. Space - plenty of room for multiple couples which was great. Having multiple bathrooms is also a great addition. 2. Plenty of on-site parking when we stayed which was very handy. 3. Only a 10min walk into the centre of the town, so the location is great and was really quiet too. 4. Good kitchen and cooking facilities available if you need. 5. House had everything you really wanted for a group booking :)

1. House was very warm; the master bedroom was almost like a sauna at night. No window to open neither as it was just patio doors instead? Bit strange to be honest but not the end of the world. 2. Kitchen drawers all practically fell out when pulled out? Not a big deal, more of an observation.

excellent facilities, very clean. details such as dishwasher tablets, laundry tabs etc were available. the location was excellent for St Andrews with everything just a 5 min drive away. The location was peaceful and away from traffic.

these are just things that are to do with the property itself and not the maintenance - main bedroom was warm as it houses the boiler - this was remedied by purchasing a small fan for £30 from the local Morrisons. Water pressure was poor in the en-suite bathroom but I have stayed in hotels where it’s worse! these are the only things I could think of!
