Poor emphatic. We book some days with booking mistakes. After 2 min to confirm the booking we notice to the reception about this inconvenience, with our impact in their business, they don’t suggest other alternative and decide to not refund our booking Bad people and 0 emphatic

The owner Luise is very helpful and nice. The checkin process was smooth. The location is excellent near Europe Park.

We paid extra to use the washing machine. However, the machine is in a shared room for all building residents. The designated machine was occupied most of the time. The main bedroom did not have an air conditioning.
