Apartman Ivan

The location is very nice, you don't have to climb that many stairs to reach the apartment, the view from the balcony is stunning during sunset. The apartment is quite roomy and comfortable, I had no need for the kitchen, but it looked nicely equipped. The town center is really close, so it's a good choice if you plan on spending your evening there, the beaches are also close by. The HVAC is really quiet and worked very well during my stay. The main bedroom has blinds, so you can make it completely dark if you need that. The doors and windows are fairly new and they block out most of the noise, except shouting right near the entrance.

I'd have liked a bit more cleanliness as there was some dust and a bit of "old building smell", but it was not the summer season yet so I hope that'll improve. Also, not an issue with the apartment but the weather was very windy during my stay and the whole building rattles and whistles during bad weather - something to consider if you can't sleep that well.

Excellent location to Old Town and easy parking. Nice view of water.

No negative issues.
