"Central Nice"

Perfect location for exploring the old town of Nice. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. The managers were quick in addressing the issue with the AC, as it had been set on winter mode.

I used the washing machine, but it would have been helpful to have instructions and something to hang the clothes on to dry.

"Si nous revenons à Nice , nous connaissons déjà notre point de chute !"

Très bonne situation , près de la place Massena , à 10mn à pied de la mer . En pleine rue piétonne et à 15 mn à pied de la gare . La Clim qui fonctionne très bien, ,la sdb équipée d’une baignoire jacuzzi, c’est le top !

Il faut penser à changer la Nespresso qui ne fonctionnait pas . Rien à dire d’autre

Very good location to head into the city more or go to the beach. The apartment was spacious and very good for short stays.

You have to walk through a restaurant courtyard every time you leave and enter the property.

La localización

El mantenimiento, principalmente del baño. El desague de la ducha atascado, de hecho, en el segundo día trasbordo por todo el baño e ya no fue posible que mi pareja se duchara.

"Nettes Apartement in sehr guter Lage. Leider etwas laut."

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet. Das Apartement war schön eingerichtet und hatte einen guten Grundriss mit zwei bodentiefe Fenster.

Das Apartement orientiert sich zu einem Innenhof in dem ein Restaurant liegt. In zwei von drei Nächten war es laut bis 24 Uhr. Um 6 Uhr Anlieferung. An zwei von drei Morgen waren die Gärtner mit kleinen Motorsägen am Werk. Da hatte ich einfach Pech.

"Lage 😀 - Komfort 🙁"

Lage war super, Einrichtung war okay, Klima funktionierte zum Glück, da lüften nicht möglich war

Lage - Sehr schwer zu finden, 3. Stock zu Fuß ohne Lift, direkt ober dem Gasthaus, dementsprechend hat es nach Essen gerochen dh man konnte nicht lüften, Wohnung war überhitzt bei der Ankunft, da der Badheizkörper aufgedreht war, man konnte ihn nicht regulieren dh Kleidung klebte beim Trocken am HK leicht an und war leicht verbrannt
