Il y a autant de poussière y a pas l’équipement pour faire le ménage, il y a le bruit de restaurant et l’odeur de nourriture qui j’aine et on peut pas profiter de la terrasse mais dommage parce que le placement de studio est vraiment parfait

Unbeatable location and price in the heart of Nice. Easy checkin/checkout. Cozy and comfortable room. I loved the jacuzzi!

Lots of stairs, it didn't bother me, but something to take into account.
