"Good apartment, close to city center, 4th floor, no elevator"

Location is good, quiet neighbourhood, car parking in yard.

Only aircon in livingroom, not in the bedrooms. 4th floor without elevator, about 80 stairs to go up. Should be listed in Booking.com.
