Lift to the floor where the apartment is located. Bakery only a few steps away from the property, with wonderful Burek and bread.

This north-facing (hence, no sun) apartment is tiny and not suitable for 2 persons. We did not even have enough space where to put our luggage. It consists of a room with small old sofa and cooking corner with a tiny, non-extendable table, a bathroom with no windows, and a tiny bedroom with a queen bed, where unless you are tiny yourself, 2 persons cannot possibly fit (forget the description of extra-long bed, suggesting a comfortable sleep). The old and not particularly clean sofa opens into an impossibly uncomfortable "sofa bed" with no bed springs, so that a thin mattress rests on wood. Once you use the sofa as a second bed, because 2 persons cannot fit into the tiny queen bed, there is even less space, and it becomes a nightmare to move around. The bathroom has no windows, and the ventilation is poor, so that it is eternally smelly and damp. The shower drain is partly blocked and water only drains slowly. The kitchen corner is only equipped with old, second-choice tools: pots without handles, a broken cutting board,, no colander (we had to buy one), no decently sharp knife, no potato peeler (we had to buy one) only 2 plates, 2 forks, 2 blunt knifes, so if you use one plate for cooking, you do not have another one for eating etc etc. When you cook, if you manage to cook that is, there is no space for another person to be around. The balcony is also tiny, and being the apartment north facing, it remains in eternal shadow, We found that there is a significant pollution issue, and that by keeping the windows open, fluff and dust soon cover everything, We had therefore a big issue with dealing with this dirt coming in from the windows, but only a dust pan had been provided, so it was not possible to keep the place clean and hygienic to the desired standard. Overall, I greatly regret having booked this place, which is only suitable for a very short stay of 1 or 2 nights for 1 person only.

This is one of the best apartments I have ever been in, and I have quite an experience due to frequent traveling. I really don't know where to start. Is it the warmth (physical, esthetic, or psychological), is it functionality, is it design? On the sixth floor with comfortable balcony with nice cosy chairs and table, this apartment welcomed us well heated, with warm colors, wonderful design, and tasty details. Every cm2 is comfortable. The floor was warm,the heating was excellent, hot water fully available. Excellent lights with several possibilities (ceiling, floor lamps, wall lamps...). Full of natural light throughout the day. The host thought of every and literaly every detail. Nothing was missing, even spare usb cable and charger for those who forgot their own was provided. Kitchen was equipped with literally everything anyone could need. Microwave, cooker, oven, kettle, fridge, all possible kitchenware and dish. Same with bathroom. Comfy sofa in the living room. Excellent internet. Cable tv. Spare pillows, covers, towels. Slippers. Shoe shiners. Strategically positioned plugs. I have never been in so well equipped apartment. Everywhere little tasty decorations. Pillows. Little rugs. Lamps. Pictures.Books. Figures. Functional small working desk. The parking ensured within the building. The host is very professional and welcoming, and above all fair, honest and empathetic person. If I had to choose one accommodation in the world achieving my highest expectations - it would be Naissa. Strongest recommendations.

What to dislike in perfection?

The flat is nice, well located and furnished, cosy. Everything is made to feel comfortable, like at home. And Vladimir, the owner, is really nice and careful too. I recommend

The location was perfect! The apartment is nice! The owner was very nice, does not understand English, but communicates very well with google translation. He made sure everything was fine. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and even more. There is a selection of quality pillows in different sizes to choose from.

The bedroom was very narrow, but it is exactly as in the pictures.

I stayed a week and had a completely smooth experience, the apartment is very well equipped and to have great sports channels showing live tennis was a huge bonus. Check in and out were simple and communication with the landlord was atrong. I could strongly recommend this place for short or medium stays.
