Location, free carpark, spacious place. The owner is friendly. He have us many recommendations for the city.

We did not like Stairs as there is no elevator. But if you donot mind it it is very nice place. , noise from the road, bathroom door needs maintenance. there is not a kettle and owen's over fan.

Simply amazing, from location, the apartment it self with the all facilities and of course the host who was very helpful. The apartment is located literally in the center of the city, so you do not need any transportation, on a 1 kilometer radius you have everything that possible you will need from restaurants, bakeries, mall, shops, and cultural events facilities. If you are first time in the city and looking for some recommendations just ask/text your host he will fix everything for you :) Definitely when I’ll be back in Nis will book the apartment.
