Apartments & Dream Rooms

We have stayed 4 times at Dream Rooms, the hosts are lovely, central location, parking in the courtyard, very clean. Niss is a lovely place, really worth exploring the park and the river with bars and restaurants.

The location, the parking spot and the pet-friendly policy are the best thing about this property. Everything else is mediocre.

- The toilet and the bathroom in the two-rooms property is in one of the two rooms available! Who is the genius behind this? If someone from the other room wants to go to the toilet or get a shower, they must come to your room to enter the toiler/bathroom! Massively inconvenient and uncomfortable! - You can’t pre-pay online, you can’t pay with card or via bank transfer. Only cash. - Even for New Year Eve, price was massively overpriced for what you get in return.

The location was great! Very close to the fortress. The private parking was a must since I was traveling by car.

There a was smell coming from the drainage pipe in the bathroom which was a little bit unpleasant.

Close to the center, parking, WiFi, allow dogs (park nearby). Hot water. Nice and communicative owners.

Room very small (ok for a few hours of sleep). Very cold floors (although slippers available but we don’t like to use shared). Relatively strong heater in the room but very drafty from the bathroom.

There was a private parking for the car and the hosts were nice. Unfortunately that’s where it ends.

Let’s start with the reason for booking the “apartment” - we were looking for an apartment with two bedrooms with double beds and this was the ONLY property in Niš, offering this type of accomodation. The room was extremely cold. We arrived 2 hours earlier than planned, and that’s when the heating was turned on. The temperature outside was 1 degree. We were explicitly told not to press any of the other buttons for the bathroom except for light, as we won’t have warm water- what they missed to tell us, is that one of the buttons is the heating for the bathroom, which was extraordinarily cold! No person can shower in a freezing cold bathroom! The toiletries is the bathroom we did not use, but they were just normal bottles of shower gel, which guests before us have used and touched, absolutely gross. We booked an apartment with two double beds, got an “apartment” with a room with a double bed, and a room with two single beds. Not only this, but the bathroom is in one of the bedrooms, so the guests from one room can’t use it without bothering the others, hilarious. We booked an apartment which according to the photos was supposed to have a parquet floor, we got tiles, which were of course also freezing cold. The TVs were unplugged, remotes- broken. You can’t turn off the TV unless you unplug it again or you stand up to press the button on the TV itself. This “flat-screen” TV is not a flat-screen TV in the 21st century!!! An absolute parody and full contrast with what’s being advertised and what you get. Important to mention is we booked the most expensive option that was available. Also no card payment available. There was no one at reception for check out whatsoever, despite calling a couple of times. The nice welcome was the only thing that was OK and warm. Would definitely not recommend, it is absolutely not what’s being advertised.
