Perfect for two nights on the coast with kids! Loved being right on the water with an easy drive to San Sebastián. Playground steps from the front door.

Could use a tea kettle but otherwise had everything we needed!

Nice, well appointed apartment. Good location.

Lovely view front and back. Great beach across road with 2 beach bars and grill restaurant. Also Pizza restaurant and snack bar within walking distance. One of the bedrooms was big and had comfortable bed. Apt was spacious, light and partially modernised. Lots of towels and bed linens.

Marisa arrived with keys, showed us the garage but only spoke Spanish-no information or instructions so we had to figure out where everything was and how it worked by ourselves. No information about local supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants etc. The kitchen is not equiped for cooking. Freezer not useable- top iced over and drawer full of stuff. TV only has Spanish channels. Thin walls, barking dogs and noisy neighbours. Second bedroom had no wardrobe, uncomfortable bed and was so small had to walk sideways around bed. Water leaked from ensuite shower. Scratched frying pans, nespresso machine but no kettle, only 3 teaspoons and 6 cups (one of which was chipped). Entrance to underground garage is steep and narrow with very little space to maneuver. Garage itself was only just big enough for our midsized car.

Overall, everything was good, and we had a great time there. The location is excellent. Cleanliness is a relative assessment and is perceived differently by everyone. However, in this case, I would say it would have been nicer if it had been cleaner. Otherwise, everything else was fine

The view of the beach from the apartment is magnificent, we never get tired of it. The apartment is very nicely decorated, very well equipped and modern kitchen, nothing is missing, very large dressing room perfect for long stays. The village of Orio is very charming. Very close to San Sebastian for a visit to this beautiful city. Easy access to the entire Spanish Basque coast, magnificent.

Small technical details to repair to improve everyday life ... the bathrooms especially need small repairs.

No-one to meet us, so had to phone to get access. Phoned again to get access to garage. Next door partied until 6am! Smelt damp (large damp patch in front room). No aircon. Would not recommend!
