Hei! En saanut koskaan varauksen vahvistuskoodia!. IPad oli unohtunut Tampereelle autooni, enkä saanut vahvistuskoodia kännykän sähköpostiin. Palvelussanne ei ole paikkaa, mihin olla yhteydessä klo 16 jälkeen. Maksoin aivan turhasta. Jouduin ottamaan hotellihuoneen, jotta sain yöpymispaikan. Mitä tallaisessa tilanteessa voi tehdä? Teiltä ei saa palvelua!! Olen ollut kerran aiemmin tässä rakennuksessa asiakkaana, mutta enää en varaa täältä mitään. Terveisin Anne Hietala

Keskellä Oulua 👍

Tarviketäydennykset puutteelliset. WC paperia vajaa rulla, täydennysrullaa ei kylypyhuoneessa. Samoin keittiössä voisi olla talouspaperirulla. Asunnossa myös induktioliedellä toimimattomat kattila ja paistinpannu.

Osa ruokailuvälineistä oli likaisia, ilmeisesti ei ohjeen mukaan oltu käytetty astianpesukonetta.
