Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Appartamento molto grande, silenzioso e molto pulito. Direi perfetto per le nostre esigenze

The location was good. Rooms clean and spacious. Enough parking spots in the area.

Although the kitchen was clean, there were cockroaches in drawers and cabinets. Also, it took a lot of time until someone came to check us in.(30 Mins)

Spacious, clean and comfortable. Lots of beds and the air con worked well, 2 bathrooms was good for a family. Near to airport and very straightforward route to walk.

We came out of hours and found it annoying to have to walk another 5mins to pick up the keys, at a different house, the host sent clear instructions but maybe because it was 1.30am but we found it confusing and a lot of walking back and forth trying to work it out with luggage. We left a trolley in the lobby without realising nothing is allowed there, had a neighbour knock on at 7am and then the host called and insisting we move it outside at 8.40. Even though we were checking out 2hrs later. Clearly our mistake to have left it there but still found it upsetting to be woken up when we'd got in so late an were exhausted with another long Travel Day ahead. The whole thing felt a bit rigid, though I do understand that it was others in the building putting pressure on the host. Also forgot to leave cash for city tax an even though offered to pay transfer host was not happy with me. Bit of an upsetting way to start our holiday in Italy really.

Excellent location. 30 Mins walk (maximum) into central Pisa and 5 minute walk to airport. Host met us with the keys and was friendly. Plenty of room and generally clean.

Smell of drains in bathrooms - but this is a feature of Pisa generally I saw a couple of little cockroaches in the kitchen. One on the worktop and one inside the kitchen cupboard. I didnt look for any more! Dated, well used bedding and towels.

Prima locatie voor een overnachting dicht bij het vliegveld.

Het warme water werkte niet en de toiletten spoelden niet door. We verbleven hier maar 1 nacht en al die tijd heeft het niet gewerkt.

Está muy cerca del aeropuerto y estaba limpio.

Encontramos 4 insectos ( cucarachas o similar), y al llegar más tarde de las 22 tuvimos que recoger la llave en un casillero en otra dirección a 5 min andando.
