Great location near the tower, but quiet location as tucked away. Big rooms and 2 bathroom bonus. Good host communication. Easy access from Pisa S.Rossore Station rather than Centralle. Close the large Pam supermarket to self cater as needed.

Shower rails need repair, but showers still worked well, so minor issue.

The access process was seamless with a key in a locked box, and the central location made getting around very convenient. The apartment was clean, with spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds, making it great for families or groups. Central heating kept us warm during the winter, and having two bathrooms was a godsend for a group of 5 people. The kitchen was well-equipped, featuring a cooker, fridge, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and a big dining table for group meals and hanging out. Another highlight was the lovely backyard, perfect for relaxing, smoking or enjoying some fresh air.

Unfortunately, the WiFi was poor, which made long winter nights challenging. The TVs only had Italian cable channels, and there were no smart TVs for streaming. The ceramic tile floors were quite cold, which might be nice in the summer but less so in the winter. The selective trash disposal system was a bit overwhelming for short-term guests. Having to sort and take out trash the night before collection felt more like a chore than a vacation convenience. Additionally, the water pressure was poor, which detracted from the comfort of the bathrooms. Lastly, the early 10 a.m. checkout time and the absence of a living room for relaxing were notable drawbacks. This apartment is a solid choice for its location, cleanliness, and practicality, but there are areas for improvement, particularly in guest comfort and convenience.

It’s a stone’s throw away from the Square of Miracles; perfect for an in-depth sojourn of the treasures of Pisa. And just as well, our host Elisa was herself a treasure - helpful and pleasant!

The location is perfect, right next to the tower of Pisa! Very nice, cozy, spacious flat with comfy bed. Coffee is nice, everything is well thought! Definitely recommend it, the best place we stayed for the entire trip.

We really liked the house and facilities. The location was great, so close to Pisa tower. We managed walking to every place we wanted in Pisa from this place (train station, market, bars, restaurants, etc).

Perfect location for visiting attractions and getting to the local railway station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Good size bedrooms.

Didn’t have a living room. We should have read the description more carefully. It was quite dark inside. We couldn’t decide when the sun would come in.
