I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially if you don’t speak Italian. no decent restaurants or grocery stores nearby. To top it off, cats are everywhere. The experience with the owner was highly unpleasant. She insisted on taking photos of our personal documents—passport and driver’s license—and sent them to someone on WhatsApp without our consent. When I confronted her about it, she claimed there was no alternative. Things only got worse. The apartment door self-locked while we were out on the balcony. We ended up stranded outside for nearly two hours, barefoot, with two young children. The owner eventually called someone to help—a man who removed the window frame to get inside and unlock the door. But then, she forced us to pay 100 euros for this ordeal. Absolutely unacceptable!

Everything about the apartment was great – it was spacious, clean, well-heated (we were staying in December) and had everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better, just a 5-minute walk from the Pisa Tower, and we had a convenient parking spot. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to all our messages via WhatsApp.

Very good and cozy accommodation that met our needs and expectations. Patrizia, our host, has provided all the necessary info and was really helpful when we needed her assistance. Lovely and quiet neighborhood. Great location, very close to the Tower of Pisa and the other attractions.

The location is fantastic. It has dedicated parking in a gated courtyard. The apartment was impeccably clean and well appointed and the beds were very comfy! Bonus: there were several friendly cats to pet.
