Nothing, everything is perfect as what we expected

Very big ground floor apartment with a very nice and big terrace with 2 tables and chairs and a rocking sofa. Because of the terrace all around the flat, it felt very private. 1 bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with 2 single beds. The bed was comfortable. A kitchen-dining area and a living room. Kitchen had everything you could need. Plenty of cupboard space in the bathroom. Plenty of towels, toilet paper and extra things in the bathroom. It felt like the owners had thought a lot about what could be needed for a good stay. Good quiet location a little away from the busy city center but a bus stop just around the corner with frequent busses to the train station. Tap your credit card tickets - nice and easy. About 1/2 hour walk, I think, to the center if preferred. Very good communication with owners, easy check-in/check-out (in person).

We had just one night here as we were flying out early the next morning but we wish we could have stayed longer. The hosts were so friendly and welcomed us to their property with all the information we needed, tips on how to get into the city and where we could eat. They were so helpful! The apartment is in a great location for the airport and for catching the bus into the center of Pisa. The apartment was in a lovely area and was a great size for us and our 4 kids. Everyone had their own space and the amenities provided by the hosts were a lovely thought and really appreciated. This property is highly recommended by us and we hope to visit again in the future.

Everything was perfect.

Het was zeer schoon. De eigenaren waren erg vriendelijk. Wij kwamen laat in de avond aan, de eigenaar wachtte ons op en gaf uitleg over het verblijf en de omgeving. Super aardige meneer en erg behulpzaam. Op dag van vertrek kregen wij ook een aanbod om een lift te krijgen naar de stad/vliegveld door de eigenaresse. Kortom: geweldig!

It was a very interesting experience to spend 3 days in a truly Italian-style apartment 🇮🇹 The apartment was very spacious, clean and had everything you might need for a comfortable stay 🏡 The hosts were very kind and welcoming 🤝💛 They provided us with a lot of useful information, and there was also plenty of helpful material in the apartment about public transport 🚆, restaurants 🍝, shops 🛍️, and more. The single beds for the kids were comfortable 🛏️, while the double bed was a bit too soft for our taste.

The shower could use some maintenance 🚿 — the water tends to accumulate and drain slowly. Also, we could hear the neighbors upstairs quite clearly — every step 👣 and even conversations. However, this is probably due to the building structure and not something easily changed.
