The accommodation was clean, and a big advantage was that it was equipped with air conditioning, which was great in the hot weather. The owner was very helpful, responding to our questions almost immediately and providing complete information about accessing the property and parking options. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised with a lovely welcome gift.

The location is conveniently close to Pisa Airport and not far from a nearby supermarket. We only stayed for one night, so we didn’t have the chance to fully utilize the facilities, but the accommodation was just right for our family’s needs. Tomaso was very informative and responsive in his messages, and the instructions provided in his booklet were clear and easy to follow.

I think blankets or bedsheets can have a little upgrade but it was not really big deal for us.

Excellent, highly recommended! A really pleasant apartement, clean and equiped with every comfort and own parking place. The host, Tomasso was very friendly. He showed and explained everything very well. Very good communication and coordination regarding check-in before arrival. Easy check-out by message to the host. Good location, in 15 min to Pisa center. Restaurant within walking distance as well as supermarket nearby. We had a good stay and can recommend the accommodation.
