Aircon was appreciated, clean and central location

All excellent, however slight recommendation for a full length mirror would make 10/10

Great spacious living area, so clean and had everything that was needed for our stay, check in was so easy and we could even leave our bags there the next day to go exploring, highly recommend

Great location, clean and very secure. The host has excellent communication with you. Excellent facilities and all amenities provided with clear cafe instructions. We went during the heatwave in August and AC was a blessing and worked very well. Had area to store luggage on day of check out too. Would definitely recommend.

The location is perfect, close to everything : the center, pisa tower, restaurants, the train station... The instructions were also very clear, automated check-in, keys for the luggage room

The bed is horribly uncomfortable with a simple sponge as a mattress and a single tiny pillow for each customer. We would have loved to leave a positive feedback, but the bed is a huge con. The level of cleanness could also be better, the floor was dusty under the beds and the couch had lots of stains on it

Neat and clean property, very peaceful location and it’s very close to railway station and walkable distance from most of tourist attractions.

Inside the property, everything is clean and spacious. There is plenty of room for a large group. You have the option to access a luggage locker facility.

There is no lift facility. If you have lots of luggage then it's bit of a stretch to climb 2 floors. No wheelchairs access
